This Business Development Executive (Education & Consultancy) role is crucial to our mission. Our core business involves bridging skills gaps between UK businesses and Chinese entities. This position directly supports this by focusing on educational initiatives and partnerships, which are key avenues for skill development and cross-cultural understanding.
Job Summary: Ying De Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to lead and manage key educational and consultancy initiatives aimed at strengthening the bridge between UK businesses and Chinese companies and entrepreneurs. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of both the education sector and the China-UK relationship to identify, develop, and deliver high-impact consultancy services and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Development & Management: Design, develop, and oversee large-scale educational programs and consultancy projects, including camps, contests, and specialized training.
- Partnership Cultivation & Expansion: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with educational institutions, businesses, and organizations in both the UK and China.
- Market Analysis & Business Growth: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs within the China-UK education and business consultancy landscape.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, including Chinese entrepreneurs and businesses.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projects, ensuring smooth execution, high-quality delivery, and optimal client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing and Copywriting.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven significant experience in project management and business development within the education sector, specifically involving large-scale programs and operations targeting Chinese students or businesses.
- Demonstrated success in expanding program participation, developing new partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in adapting and implementing online solutions for educational programs, showcasing resilience and innovation in project delivery.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders in both English and Mandarin. Fluency in both languages is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of optimizing processes and increasing client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Location: Manchester/Hybrid
Salary: £39,000 per annum.
Working hours: 9 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break per day (35 hours per week).
