Bokun, a Tripadvisor Inc. company, is seeking an accomplished Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Software Sales team.

We are a fast-growing reservation system for the tours and activities industry, operating with the agility of a startup and the support of a large, stable, publicly traded company in Tripadvisor.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and cultivate growth opportunities with emerging suppliers and accounts, working alongside the Product Sales team.
  • Track and interpret key sales performance metrics with the Senior Business Development Manager and Sales team.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Salesforce dashboards and reports to guide decision-making and pipeline strategy.
  • Identify trends and opportunities within the sales funnel and provide actionable insights to optimize sales efforts and support scalable growth.
  • Proactively seek out and engage growing or high-potential businesses, converting them into active Bokun platform users.
  • Nurture and develop relationships with new and existing suppliers, helping them understand Bokun’s value and supporting onboarding and activation.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts through targeted outreach and consultative engagement.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery and solution-selling via phone and webinars to demonstrate the benefits of our Experiences SaaS platform.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets, including new supplier acquisition, account reactivation, and other related KPIs.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role with hands-on exposure to sales targets and performance metrics.
  • A proven ability to identify and grow new business opportunities, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Experience in sales reporting and data analysis, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to operate independently, balancing commercial execution with strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
  • A track record of exceeding performance targets through proactive engagement and thoughtful account nurturing.
  • High commercial awareness and a passion for identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
