HYBRID ROLE 2/3 IN CENTRAL LONDON

Our client is looking for a self-motivated business development professional with at least 2-3 years of experience, excited to drive B2B growth in a fast-scaling company.

You\'ll play a critical role in building employer relationships, developing lasting partnerships, and creating a strong pipeline of learners for our programmes. Through strategic outreach campaigns, you\'ll expand reach, convert interest into action, and exceed learner recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and monitor partnership development campaigns to achieve learner recruitment targets.
  • Ensure a structured, effective approach to customer relationship management, maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Own and drive the learner recruitment pipeline, converting prospects into active learners.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver outreach campaigns to engage potential employer partners.
  • Represent the organisation at events and networking opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and partnership opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with employers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our training solutions, ethos, and impact.
