The role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will...
- Own the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying a robust pipeline with the support of an SDR to closing large enterprise deals within the construction and critical infrastructure space.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, nurturing strong business relationships with a consultative approach.
- Define and implement a strategic sales playbook to engage new clients and drive revenue growth within the UK market and global initiatives.
About you:
- 3+ years of full closing experience within a fast-paced, SaaS start-up environment.
- Proven track record of smashing targets and selling to large enterprise clients from lead generation to close.
- Must have experience selling into the Insurance space.
The package:
- Up to £75,000 base + uncapped commission.
- HYBRID - 2-3 days per week in Central London.
