Business Development Manager – Microsoft Security Solutions

Location: Hybrid (London)

A leading Microsoft partner is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This is a key hire focused on driving new business growth, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new logos, developing strategic relationships, and closing complex deals within the professional or managed services space. A strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in relation to security offerings, is essential.

Key responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Microsoft security services

Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position appropriate solutions

Collaborate closely with technical teams to shape compelling proposals and service offerings

Demonstrable success in a new business sales role, with a focus on winning new logos

Deep knowledge of Microsoft security technologies and services

Experience selling professional services or managed services within the Microsoft ecosystem

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales environment
