Recently, SUPER. has seen an increase in both new client wins and repeat business. Our client list includes Warner Bros, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr, Mattel, Universal Pictures, Cartoon Network, Tomy Toys and Spin Master.

In 2025 SUPER. wants to implement an aggressive expansion strategy with an aim of doubling its revenue by increasing agency awareness amongst potential clients and by expanding the service to new types of clients and industries.

We’re looking for a senior and experienced part-time New Business Manager/Director to join the team at SUPER. at an extremely exciting time, helping us to become the leader in our current marketing space whilst helping us grow into new, untapped areas of industry.

About the role:

  1. 8+ years’ experience delivering effective B2B business strategies and campaigns within marketing, PR or media agencies.
  2. Experience in building and developing client databases and targeted databases that can be effectively and strategically used to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Proven ability to win and drive client briefs and overseeing the process.
  4. Confident at presenting agency creds presentations (online and in person) without support.
  5. Ability to shape and build a strategic business plan and develop a new business pipeline based on insights, trends and opportunities.
  6. Self-motivated and organized with the drive to follow up with all new business inquiries.
  7. Strong presentation skills with excellent written English.
  8. Knowledge and experience in submitting campaign and agency entries into well-known and recognized annual agency/media awards.

About you:

  1. Creative but commercial thinker who understands how and why creative, marketing or media agencies exist and make money.
  2. Ability to connect dots for clients and help sell in high-level ideas.
  3. A good understanding of youth, family and kid brands.
  4. Happy to work in a small but growing team remotely.
  5. Has strong attention to detail.
  6. Has interests and passions outside of work, potentially linked to creativity.
