Business Development Manager – Post-op Orthotics and rehab

THE ROLE: The successful Business Development Manager will be working within NHS and private hospital and clinic environments, selling a portfolio of non-invasive orthopaedic post-op bracing, orthotic and rehabilitation products that support or enhance the function and structure of the musculoskeletal system. This field-based role will be largely new business focussed, and you will have plenty of autonomy across the North West and Yorkshire. Typical contact level will be orthopaedic surgeons, procurement, physios, fracture/plaster technicians.

A well established and reputable family run business that specialise in the design, manufacture, and distribution of orthopaedic and medical support equipment; these include orthotic devices, compression garments, medical braces, and other solutions designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals with musculoskeletal and vascular conditions. They are currently seeking to recruit a driven, credible and new business-focussed medical sales or clinical professional to manage and further develop their business within the North West and Yorkshire.

The Package for Business Development Manager:

Basic: £40,000 to £55,000 depending on experience

Bonus: £10k+ uncapped

£600 per month car allowance

Healthcare, 7% pension, 25 days holiday + stats (rising with service)

Territory – North (LA to YO down to LN across to CH)
