Our Public Sector division is expanding rapidly, and we're looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our leadership team here at MCS Group in Belfast.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the public sector, expanding our client base and market presence
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions
• Market Insight: Analyse market trends, understand the industry and identify areas for growth
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a senior-level recruitment consultant or manager, ideally within the public sector or healthcare space.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and winning new clients.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
