A leading name in the relocation and mobility industry is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join their London-based team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow corporate and private client accounts
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across relocation and mobility services
• Delivering high-impact proposals and presentations that win business
• Building trusted relationships with global HR teams, RMCs, and corporate clients
• Attending key industry events and networking functions to raise profile and generate leads
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relocation or global mobility sales
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
• Confident communicator with strong proposal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with a sharp commercial mindset and consultative approach
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performance team
