About our Team
We pride ourselves on providing solutions that impact our customers' ability to manage risk. Our Inside Sales team partners with smaller organizations to solve their risk problems through remote, digital channels.
About the Role
The role involves ensuring customer success, supporting growth, retaining and renewing business, developing relationships, identifying training needs, and spotting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to refer to regional sales reps. It also focuses on optimizing client utilization of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional relationship management and client support.
- Retain and nurture the assigned book of business and identify growth opportunities.
- Meet targets for sales renewals.
- Create and maintain accurate training records.
- Identify client training requirements.
- Ensure decision makers receive quarterly touchpoints.
- Update all opportunities in CRM weekly and support pipeline growth.
- Onboard end users within 3 months of subscription.
