Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the Commercial team, this role involves strategic planning, client engagement, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. The role is new business focused, selling outsourced laboratory services into the pharmaceutical and medical device market.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Candidates for this role must have significant experience and achievement in sales / business development for a laboratory services provider.
• It is essential that they can demonstrate specific service-based sales experience into the pharmaceutical and medical device space.
