Base pay range

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a dynamic design consultancy in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and be a real brand ambassador in attending networking events. Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business leads across design, development, and retail sectors.
• Act as a main contact for prospects, using cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
• Manage CRM tools and support client acquisition efforts.
• Help produce marketing materials like brochures and portfolios.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support project coordination when needed.
• Represent the company professionally in all settings.
• Deliver presentations and attend relevant meetings with reports on sales and pipeline.
• Stay aligned with the team and leadership, keeping lead tracking current.
• Nurture existing clients and identify untapped opportunities.
• Bid writing experience and familiarity with Pipedrive are a plus.

Skills & Experience

• Proven success in business development and client relationship building.
• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, architecture, business).
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• CRM experience
• Strong presentation and strategic thinking abilities.
