- Business Development Manager – UK Based Italian Speaker
- Telematics / Tech / SaaS – Fully Remote role
- £40,000 to £60,000 plus bonus based on targets hit, (1k per month from 9 months)
Company & Role:
Fleet & vehicle tracking management system offering multiple products & services to the re-seller channel e.g. Dashcams, GPS Tracker, Driver Behaviour Monitoring, Trip & Mileage Reports and Mobile Software features. The role is due to growth because of the company’s 8% increase Year on Year revenue and are now able to expand & build relationships with the channel partners.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST be able to speak Italian & English as the role requires you to sell to Italy, but you will be based in the UK.
You will be working alongside the customer support team once clients have been onboarded, and they will manage the process once orders have been put through. You will then be able to retain the clients. To start off with, this is 100% new business – win & retain. A team of 6 in Marketing will also be on hand to support re-sellers as & when required and a team of 250 self-employed installers. Installation of products typically takes 4 days (one of the best in the industry!) to fit & install after contract have been signed. Contract term is minimum of 12 months.
All we are looking for is for you to have B2B sales experience in a consultative environment. Hungry for success and resilient and even better if you have a background in Tech / SaaS.

Key Responsibilities
New business & Onboarding
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential channel partners.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions to prospective partners.
- Lead onboarding processes, ensuring new partners are set up for success with necessary training and resources.
Demos & Marketing support
- Deliver training sessions and create educational materials to help partners understand products, sales strategies, and market positioning.
- Provide ongoing support and updates as new products or features are launched.
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing their needs and resolving conflicts.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement channel strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate go-to-market initiatives, promotions etc.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track partner activity, sales metrics, and market trends to assess performance.
- Set performance targets, analyse results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Sales Support & Enablement
- Support partners with sales resources, product demos, and technical expertise.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings to promote offerings and strengthen relationships
- Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships through regular communication, joint business planning, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- 2+ years in working in channel development, partner management, business development, or B2B sales. You do NOT need channel experience if you don’t have it – please still apply if you feel the experience required fits your background.
- YOU MUST SPEAK ITALIAN & ENGLISH FLUENTLY
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong CRM proficiency.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- Ability to communicate complex product offerings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Salary & Benefits Package
- £40,000 to £60,000 per annum + Bonus (£1,000 per month after 9 months but this can be sooner if you hit targets).
