Business Development Rep, SMB [Midlands]

Join our highly ambitious and fast-growing team, dedicated to driving the adoption of world-class SMB solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact, championing small businesses while representing PayPal and its solutions with deep knowledge and passion. You will be responsible for creating demand for PayPal POS products and services across the territory, by increasing our awareness and credibility within small business communities. This is a field-based role, responsible for targeting, qualifying and closing SMB single & multi-site operators.

Responsibilities

• Engage and collaborate with the immediate team.
• Contribute to solutions and suggest efficiencies.
• Exercise judgment on issues of importance.
• Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with small and medium-sized merchants.
• Prioritize work and ensure task completion guided by policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
