What You’ll Be Doing:
As our BDR, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, generating meetings and building a sales pipeline by:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and connect with new B2B customers via cold calling, email, social media, and events.
- Qualifying Leads: Spot real opportunities and ensure the fit is right - for the client and for us.
- Engaging Key Stakeholders: Work with C-level decision-makers across sectors including Blue Chips and the Public Sector.
- Collaborating to Win: Work closely with our pre-sales and marketing teams to deliver a seamless sales process.
- Crushing Targets: Meet KPIs, exceed expectations, and take ownership of your career growth.
- Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience.
- Resilience, energy, and ready to pick up the phone.
- Confident communicator - across calls, emails, meetings, and video calls.
- Skilled in building rapport and navigating the sales journey.
- A team player with a passion for tech, sales, and learning.
- Bonus if you’ve sold connectivity or telecoms solutions.
- Ability to pass BPSS checks and other clearances

- Recognition & Rewards: With a £60k OTE and uncapped commission your success is our success - we’ll back you every step of the way.
- Salary: £35-40,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £60k!).
- Time off: 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) and yes, it gets better!
