Job Summary
The Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in helping Storyblok meet its growth goals. The Enterprise BDR is the first point of contact for potential enterprise customers and is responsible for generating qualified pipeline within the enterprise sector by engaging prospects via multi-channel outbound and inbound activities. The BDR identifies prospects within potential enterprise accounts, contacts senior decision makers, and communicates the value of Storyblok to convert prospects into sales opportunities. The BDR also engages and qualifies incoming leads from Marketing and helps to improve pipeline generation for large, enterprise accounts.
Essential Job Functions
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads and prospects through inbound and outbound channels
- Conduct high-volume prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate quality opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives
- Attend marketing events and conferences to network with prospects
- Nurture long-term relationships with prospects and help large enterprise companies realize the potential of Storyblok
- Develop new ideas and strategies for identifying and winning enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to align on pipeline strategies
- Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs
- Identify areas of improvement and implement new tactics to enhance pipeline generation in the enterprise sector
- Ideally based in the UK
Education And Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in software
- Experience working with large accounts and/or enterprise organizations (revenue > $1B, >1,000 employees)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas and generating new opportunities
- Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy in remote work
- Technical experience in SaaS (CMS a plus)
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable with outbound sales tactics and sales technology stack
- Accountable with a strong drive to deliver results in a fast-growing company
