We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Senior Sales Consultant to join our Belfast-based team. The role involves remote work with a mix of video presentations and in-person meetings with potential clients.
The role focuses on conducting pre-arranged and qualified meetings with potential clients to discuss exit planning and potential sale of their company, performing fact-finding on the business operation, reviewing business accounts, and presenting a tailored sale strategy to propose our services. You will establish strong client relationships and secure instructions to manage the sale process.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses and company owners who are considering their sale/exit strategy
- Evaluate the value and attributes of the business and discuss client objectives in relation to the exit
- Present the features and advantages of KBS and secure formal instructions from the client
- Ensure an impeccable client experience with empathy and diligence
What we’re looking for
- Currently working in a client-facing, direct sales role, ideally within the M&A field, but not essential
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively at all levels
- A strong closer with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- The ability to manage your own time and schedule
- Proficient literacy/numerical skills
- A compelling presentational style. Experience in remote meeting presentations would be a strong advantage
- A self-motivated, dynamic individual with passion, energy and commitment
- A persistent “can do, will do” attitude to thrive in our fast-paced role
- Requires regular travel to appointments across Northern Ireland, typically within a 40–50 mile radius of Belfast
OTE 115K - 230K EUROS p.a. (Base salary of 52,500K - 70,000K EUROS + uncapped bonus and company car or car allowance)
