About The Role

Join our Industry Sales and Marketing team as a Business Development professional and play a pivotal role in driving market activation and growth within key client channels. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate with sector teams to address specific client challenges and activate strategic PwC solutions. Reporting to the Head of Sales for Industry, you\'ll ensure seamless execution across the sales cycle while delivering exceptional client service. What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Analyse Market Trends: Leverage insights to align industry priorities with current market dynamics, driving strategic growth.
  • Develop Client Strategies: Identify and prioritise sector growth drivers, shaping client-focused initiatives.
  • Lead Sales Activations: Design and implement targeted sales campaigns tailored to sector-specific needs and solutions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing and Sales to provide an integrated business experience and drive cohesive strategies.
  • Foster Key Relationships: Build strong client connections and engage with trade bodies to enhance market presence.
  • Drive Strategic Insights: Provide leadership in business development, identifying opportunities and modelling excellence in client engagement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in service-focused environments; Professional Services background is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in pipeline management.
  • Ability to deliver impactful market insights; sector experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to convert client challenges into impactful campaign strategies with effective execution.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to craft compelling business messages, understanding sales cycle components.
