Overview
Business Development Specialist / Hybrid Working / International Law Firm
We are seeking a motivated, organised, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing business development projects. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Effectively drive projects from development to completion
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish multiple assignments and deliverables on an ongoing basis under very tight deadlines
- Create and maintain tracking and reporting tools as necessary (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, and reports)
- Generate superior quality work products in multiple formats (e.g., PowerPoint presentation slides, Excel project plans, Word documents)

- Technical skills (Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years\' of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
