Overview

Business Enterprise Architect – Permanent Role – Hybrid (East Midlands) – £85-90K + excellent package. An excellent opportunity to be part of a major business transformation within a large nonprofit enterprise organisation, reimagining and retooling business processes from end to end to simplify and streamline practices across the whole business.

Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders at all levels across disparate business units to understand and document existing arrangements, before reimagining new end-to-end processes.
• Build strong capability in business relationships with business leaders, understanding business goals and devising solutions to deliver those goals.
• Deal with objections, build consensus and agree strategic plans.
• Work closely with technical teams and architects to deliver the platforms underpinning the new processes.
• Apply TOGAF enterprise architecture best practice where relevant.

Qualifications / Experience

• Prior experience in a major ERP transformation in a large enterprise is critical.
• Some experience in a consulting environment would be highly regarded.
• Ability to operate across business and IT disciplines, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Location: UK-based; head office in the East Midlands; on-site regular travel required.

• Base salary: around £85-90K plus bonus and excellent package including pension.
