Work Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week or 40% at an office site

About the Role

As a Business Growth Manager at Lloyds Banking Group, you'll join our Broker Growth team to enhance broker relationships within the Invoice Finance division. You'll work remotely and collaboratively to design tailored invoice finance solutions, impacting clients and communities positively. Our team of five Business Growth Directors and two Managers strives for excellence and industry leadership.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong broker relationships, supporting their clients with tailored invoice finance solutions.
  2. Manage relationships with national brokers providing significant referrals.
  3. Respond promptly to leads, make initial contact swiftly, and manage the end-to-end application process.
  4. Implement facilities up to £300,000; for larger facilities, conduct a warm handover to the Business Growth Director.
  5. Ensure efficient client onboarding and transition to client management teams.
