If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you here at EDF as a Mid-Market, Business Improvement Executive within our EDF Business Solutions (EBS) Team!
The Opportunity…
With EBS ranked among the top three providers in Energy Supply, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and Electricity Metering, you’ll operate at the forefront of the UK’s energy transformation—supporting British businesses and the public sector to Achieve Net Zero.
Working closely with teams across our three core markets, you’ll help define strategic propositions, track performance, and influence regulatory developments. You’ll play a key role in developing sector-specific marketing plans and enabling our teams through training and performance support—ensuring each part of our business has the insight and tools it needs to succeed.

Pay, Benefits And Culture
Alongside a minimum starting salary of £35,600 the potential to earn 5% bonus, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a market-leading pension scheme, your package will include a range of benefits, from the big and formal to the small and personal.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the business-side implementation and continuous improvement of the new CRM platform
- Translate evolving business needs into CRM functionality that enhances sales growth and customer engagement
- Ensure the CRM adapts to market changes, user feedback, and long-term strategic objectives
- Drive cross-functional change and transformation projects across the Mid-Market business
- Identify inefficiencies, prioritise improvement opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to assess the success of performance initiatives
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, measure impact, and foster accountability
- Lead value management efforts to ensure business efficiency and return on investment across EBS
- Align technology and process improvements with the future strategic direction of the organisation
- Benchmark internal performance against industry best practices to reveal opportunities and address gaps
- Stay abreast of trends in CRM, digital transformation, and the evolving B2B energy landscape
You’ll bring a proven track record in business improvement, transformation, or CRM leadership—enabling you to drive complex projects and engage senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
In this role, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives across EDF Business Solutions' Mid-Market organisation, helping shape the future of CRM, performance, and change. With your deep understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle management, you’ll translate strategic goals into practical solutions that boost sales and enhance customer engagement.
Your ability to interpret data, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams will be vital to your success. From implementing next-generation CRM platforms to championing continuous improvement, you’ll operate at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and operational excellence.
