Job Description:
The Client's Digital Technology & Experience team leads the strategy and execution of our e-commerce platform capabilities and branded experiences across our portfolio of luxury and prestige beauty brands globally. Our team are responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer platform and branded experiences that drive conversion, loyalty and bring to life each brand’s unique value and positioning.
Role
Reporting to the Business Operations Lead, this role will be responsible for delivering best in class site optimisation changes to the client UK Brand websites supporting the trading efforts of the Online teams.
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert & proficient user of website tools used to support trading activity including but not limited to below
- Creation of website pages and content slots, components etc using assets provided by Digital Design, Creative Studio and Brand teams
- Set up of Offers meeting Brand team specifications in terms of but not limited to qualifications, exclusions, content, T&Cs and website display
- Offers QA support where needed adhering to guidelines provided by QA team
- Implement search recommendations & SEO improvements to the site using tools accordingly
- Acts as ‘Brand Guardian’ for a handful of our Brands, becoming the subject matter expert within the team for all things CMS & Offers when it comes to your brands
- Actively contributes to improving team processes and ways of working
- Presents work to stakeholders, effectively communicating rationale and promoting best practice
- Works in close collaboration with Digital Design and other Corporate functions on key collaborative projects
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience using content management tools with a good knowledge of all aspects of basic HTML, CSS, SEO and Accessibility
- Experience using breadth of eCommerce tools to drive trade activity
- Good attention to detail with a problem-solving technological mindset
- Experience setting up offers and understanding business logic and mechanics
- Experience working with Designers
- Experience using workflow tools such as JIRA
- Energetic, enthusiastic and a proven ability to work in a team-based environment
- Good interpersonal, communication, time management and presentation skills
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
- 2+ years of eCommerce experience
