Business / Operations Assistant
Salary:
£55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up:
5 days in the office

Key responsibilities for this Business / Operations Assistant position:
- Provide operational support to senior leaders, including diary management and prioritisation
- Manage and update essential business documentation, such as the employee handbook
- Oversee small-to-medium projects from planning to delivery
- Organise company events and offsites, managing budgets and agendas
- Support onboarding of new starters and coordinate team engagement activities
- Liaise with IT providers to resolve issues and manage infrastructure needs
- Assist with finance, payroll, and expense management
- Coordinate with designers on creative projects, including pitch decks
- Proven experience in operations, business support, or project coordination
- Ideally from finance, private equity, tech, or start-up environments
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and confidence in managing multiple priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with a passion for hospitality
- Proficient in MS Office
