3-Month Contract - £255 per day (Outside IR35), hybrid

We are looking for a proactive Business Operations Coordinatorto support the smooth running and continuous improvement of one of our client's business units. You’ll work across teams to drive operational excellence, support change initiatives, and help embed consistent ways of working. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week required on-site from office in Farringdon.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate business activities to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
Drive change management initiatives and promote process compliance.
Maintain and improve standard frameworks, systems, and tools.
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic priorities.
Support project scoping, planning, and delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM and stakeholder records.
Contribute to bids, proposals, and project management processes.
Champion inclusion, diversity, and sustainable practices.

Skills:
