We offer an internship with the Facilities Management and Real Estate (FMRE) function, the team responsible for managing, maintaining and improving the entire property portfolio of Airbus. Based at our Broughton site, you will be part of the Performance Office, supporting FMRE operations across divisions (Commercial, Defence & Space, and Helicopters).What you will be doingThis is a hands-on internship where you will learn by doing and contribute to the success of our function. You will be a valued member of our team, supporting key activities that help us operate effectively in a real-world business context.Collaborate within our global function: work with FMRE colleagues based in different countries, supporting them on various performance topics, gaining exposure to the international scope of our operations and building communication skills.What you will gainThis internship is designed to build your professional confidence and equip you with practical skills for the future. You will have opportunities to: Contribute to core strategy by supporting capital expenditure planning and business reviews.Lead a focused improvement project with ownership and guidance to analyze a process, propose solutions, and implement changes.Support the risk management process by identifying, tracking and managing risks and opportunities.Grow in responsibility and become a key contributor within the team.Build your professional network within the international FMRE community at Airbus.RequirementsPlacements are open to Undergraduates only; candidates must be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.CV and Cover Letter outlining motivation and suitability.Studying towards a degree in Business, Management, IT, Project Management, or equivalent.Knowledge in data analysis; Google Suite; open-minded and able to work with international teams; attention to detail and problem-solving skills; leadership skills.SecurityYou will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check.
