Business Analyst / Process Analyst - BPMN, Broadcast Content Supply Chain

12 Month Contract, approx. £340pd, Outside IR35, TBC

Hybrid working: approx. 1 day per week in London

This role involves working as a Business Analyst in Content Supply Simplification, focusing on broadcast and VoD content supply chain workflows. As part of a transformation journey, our client is actively modernising its content supply chain. The successful candidate will:

1. Work with cross-functional teams to analyse and document requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, throughout the analysis and delivery lifecycle.
2. Help shape solutions to streamline content management, movement, and delivery.
3. Support the implementation of new tools and processes that underpin the client's digital content strategy.

This is a strategic role within a passionate team, offering the chance to contribute significantly to media delivery transformation.

Required expertise:

• Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst with broadcast and VoD content supply chain workflows.
• Business process modelling experience, working with operational users, stakeholders, and technical teams to create and explain 'to be' business processes that enable transformational change.
• Proficiency in BPMN modelling (Level 2/3 preferred) and tools like Miro/BPMN, with the ability to train others.
• Experience in business process change.

Useful expertise:

• Benefits realisation, especially in driving tangible financial and efficiency benefits.
• Experience with Jira, Agile methodologies, and knowledge of SDVI Rally platform.
