Job Description: The Business Process Engineer is responsible for guiding design principles and leading the analysis, design, and enhancement of business and legal processes across the organization with an emphasis on satisfaction and outcomes. This role demands technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of various design principles to drive process improvements, optimize operational efficiencies, and enhance the overall experience for the Firm and its clients. A remote work arrangement is available for this position.
Responsibilities include analyzing current processes, designing innovative solutions leveraging AI and automation, collaborating with legal teams, facilitating workshops, documenting changes, conducting user research, leading implementation, and measuring impact.
Minimum requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in business process engineering and improvement.
- Legal experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with RPA, AI, Business Intelligence, and process mapping tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills.
