Job Summary:

We are looking for an engaging and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Readiness Coordinator. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking business unit, where you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of change into our customer service teams. You will be working on multiple initiatives that add significant value to our organisation designed to help improve customer and colleague experience as well as achieve the strategic goals of our business.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and manage business readiness activities for various change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and implement business readiness plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on change progress and readiness status.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business readiness.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

About You:

  • Proven experience in working in change or business readiness roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in developing and implementing business readiness plans.
  • Can do attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
