Description

Joining as Business Services Director from the firm's Exeter offices, you will have the potential to develop into a lead office role and career path within this successful firm. You will oversee a sizable client portfolio, develop client relationships, deliver a broad range of business advisory and planning work, and lead, manage, and grow a support team. Additionally, you will work closely with the leadership team on office growth and play a key role in business development. Profile

For this role, you should be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent, with experience in UK accountancy practice. Your background may include audit, accounts, tax, or a general accountancy practice service delivery. You will have developed your career within a UK practice environment of any size, from small independent firms to Top Tier firms. You should have reached at least the Senior Manager level, on the verge of or already at Director/Partner level, and be seeking a role to develop and advance your career further.

Job Offer

Salary ranges from £70,000 to £95,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
