You will join an international team and contribute to how goods get to market while supporting global sustainability.Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions and business systems across our Supply Chain landscape. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, recommend best practices, and create cohesive, scalable system architectures and models to drive business needs.You will ensure that products and platforms in the domain are aligned with current and future business needs and ensure that technology services have valid solutions aligned with the organization’s goals. While the role is ultimately responsible for the solutions deployed for the domain, you will collaborate with the wider architecture community to ensure that solutions are consistent with technology standards and strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business and technical requirements into high-level architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategies.Collaborate with product managers and owners to ensure solution designs meet current and future business requirements, maintaining a robust architectural runway.Lead the evaluation, design, and analysis of solutions architecture for business applications and technologies to address specific organizational needs.Provide technical leadership in managing and developing architectures for broader scopes of projects, products, and initiatives.Prepare and manage submissions to the Technology Review Board (TRB) and Architecture Review Board (ARB), ensuring governance compliance.Monitor and analyze emerging technology trends and disruptions, recommending practical applications to support evolving business models and value streams.Create architectural designs that guide solution development across products, services, projects, and systems, including applications, technologies, processes, and information.Support lifecycle decisions for applications and technologies, including maintaining, refreshing, or retiring systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Experience5+ years of experience in business solutions architecture or system design.Strong background in process optimization and automation.Proven experience with architectural design software and tools (TOGAF, etc.).Experience with project management and implementing complex systems architectures.Strong understanding of enterprise application integration, including API management, middleware and data integration platforms.Strong background in enterprise systems (Software Platforms, ERPs, etc.).KnowledgeKnowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.Familiarity with security and compliance standards and requirements.Experience with cloud-based systems and services.Knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development practices.Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and IoT is a bonus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of business processes, data flow and systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Remote TypeHybrid RemoteSkills to succeed in the roleActive Learning, Adaptability, Cross-Functional Work, Curiosity, Digital Literacy, Emotional Intelligence, Empathy, Initiative, Problem SolvingEqual Opportunity Employer: We are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
