Business Support Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Support Administrator to join our London office in a newly created part-time role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about administration, enjoys being the backbone of a business, and is eager to make a real impact in a growing company.
Based in our Canary Wharf offices, with potential for hybrid working, this role would suit someone looking for part-time hours while still contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you’re highly organised, adaptable, and keen to get stuck in across a range of business support tasks, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities

- Provide general administrative coordination support across the business.
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Support client, supplier and employee onboarding and offboarding processes across the business.
- Assist with basic financial administration, including chasing outstanding invoices and purchase orders.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.

- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
- Willingness to adapt to business needs.
- Experience in office management or business support roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative or business support role.
