We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to become a valued member of our dynamic team within the UK Support Function (UKSF).
Salary: Circa £32,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Working 2-3 days a week onsite with a flexible/blended approach to office and remote working.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the UK Support Function team. You will undertake specific responsibilities to support, prioritise and coordinate effective and efficient technical administrative support to the Manufacturing Operations team. You will need to exhibit a high level of organisation skills, great team ethic and the ability to interface with people at all levels both internally and externally, whilst embracing innovative ways of working.
What you will be doing: (this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities)
Will be based in our Bolton office with the flexibility to travel to other UK sites
Management, maintenance and coordination of Manufacturing UK's Stamp Certifications and Stamp issues
Utilising SAP and document records management systems to maintain records
Supporting the Training and Development team with skills matrix and training plans
Manage, maintain and support development of the Time to Competence Tracker and Training Plan Matrix
Manage and communicate skills matrix and training plan updates
Support the Process and Tools team with process improvements and updates
Generate and manage Capital Applications and Purchase Requisitions
Maintain and support development of the Manufacturing Operations SharePoint site
Support the continuous improvement plan for Manufacturing Operations
Analyse suite of KPIs / technical reports for Operating Model effectiveness and create reports / present findings
Manage RACI charts, process maps and organisation charts to evaluate how functions interface with each other ensuring they are correct and up to date
Update of roles and responsibilities for Manufacturing Operations team
To be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities
Sharing best practice and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offering guidance and training to team members
Participation and progress on UK Support Function personal development initiatives - to be accountable for own self-learning and development
Any other adhoc technical administration duties
