Contract Opportunity - Business Systems Analyst (Insurance)

This position requires someone who lives and breathes data, understands the London market, and has a proven track record in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance analytics.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data-centric Business Analyst roles
• Recent hands-on exposure to London market Insurance operations
• Strong command of SQL and database design principles
• Demonstrated experience in data warehousing projects within the P&C domain
• Ability to interpret complex insurance data and translate it into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise databases to support analytical needs
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse insurance data
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and strategic opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into delivery pipelines
• Translate business requirements into data specifications and recommend effective solutions
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Influence decision-making through evidence-based recommendations
