Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Office Consultant to join our newly established Transformation Office team within the Strategy & Consulting division. The Transformation Office helps clients ensure the success of large‑scale transformations through our global standard approach and methodology. This role is pivotal in shaping, leading, and driving these transformations, working closely with C‑suite stakeholders and mastering programme governance, value case development, and value realisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define the strategic direction for transformation initiatives and align them with business objectives.
• Programme Governance & Executive Communication: Establish governance structures that promote transparency, alignment, and executive oversight; lead communication strategies for all stakeholder levels.
• Integrated Planning: Develop and implement integrated plans that align with the strategic objectives of transformation projects.
• Value Definition, Tracking & Reporting: Define value cases, support the Value Realisation Office, and ensure accurate tracking, realization, and reporting of value initiatives.
• Business Readiness: Define, engage, and track business readiness criteria to progress through transformation phases.
• Scope, Vendor & Budget Management: Manage additional vendors, programme budgets (up to £1.5bn), and overall scope; guide clients on digital factory partnerships.
• Tooling & Methodologies: Champion best‑in‑class programme management tools to drive efficiency and success.

Qualifications

• Industry Knowledge: Deep experience with C‑suite stakeholders, programme governance, executive governance, integrated planning, value case development, and programme management tooling.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all organization levels.
