Role: Buyer / Senior Buyer

Location: West Midlands

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

We’re excited to be partnering with a hugely successful business of Beauty, Cosmetic, and Personal Care products to help them find their newest team member – a Buyer to join their growing business!

This is a brand-new role, created to support the next phase of their impressive growth. The team is friendly, laid-back, and incredibly collaborative – a genuinely brilliant culture where everyone pulls together, supports each other, and enjoys the journey.

• Sourcing and selecting a wide range of beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products
• Building and maintaining relationships with global suppliers and partners
• Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to secure the best value
• Keeping on top of market trends and identifying emerging product opportunities
• Collaborating closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and logistics
• Attending international trade shows and supplier visits
  
  
  

• Has proven experience in a buying or procurement role – ideally within Beauty, Cosmetics & Personal Care.
• Understands the product lifecycle and how to spot emerging trends
• Is commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills
• Has excellent communication skills and thrives in a collaborative environment
