Beauty & Wellbeing is one of the 5 Business Groups (BG) for Unilever with 20% of TO and 25% of Profit contribution to Unilever. Beauty is a 285+ B Eu market with 5-6% growth. Within our newly created Business Unit, we aim to shift from challenger to market leader in beauty. The journey to growth will involve challenges, focusing on premiumization, sharp choices on demand spaces, digital and influencer capabilities, and growth in disruptive channels (Dcom, Health & Beauty). JOB PURPOSE

There are 3 sizeable BG Led markets for B&W in EU: UK/I, Netherlands and Italy (UK/I being the largest).

The B&W Finance Business Partner UK/I will be the first point of contact for B&W BU regarding performance, financial planning, and finance business partnering for the UK/I. This is a high-exposure role emphasizing solid financial basics and close collaboration with the B&W EU & UKI Finance lead and other BULT members. It is an opportunity to establish a reputation as a high-performing business partner with strong analysis, clear partnering & decision support, and potential to advance to a managerial role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner the B&W UK/I CSP, Marketing, and other stakeholders to achieve strategic and operational objectives
• Provide in-depth analysis and decision-making support, influence senior stakeholders to deliver results, mitigate risks, and unlock growth opportunities
• Deliver actuals, understand the building blocks of the FC, and support opportunities while mitigating risks to deliver in-year targets
• Support key stakeholder forums including monthly S&OP, quarterly business reviews, and IBP
• Develop corrective actions for major performance interventions (e.g., pricing and promotional resets or BMI trade-offs)
• Innovation partnering – ensure strong commercial decisions for sizable business cases
• Monthly cash-up process with CSP & Demand planners, and manage monthly financial submissions
• Collaborate with B&W EU & UKI finance lead on long-term strategic thinking and 3-year plans for UK/I
• Support brand investment strategy and control BMI budgets

Experiences & qualifications

• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment requiring flexibility
• Fostering a strong network and connections with cross-functional teams across countries
• 3+ years in financial/operational roles. Relevant business partnering experience within BG/BU, national teams and/or SC Finance is preferred
