About The Team
The Campaign Management team is responsible for developing and steering comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns enhancing our Go-To-Market approach with expanded brand visibility, awareness, and ultimately, new customer growth. We execute on all product launch, sales and channel marketing initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders in Product Marketing, Brand (Community & Content, Creative, Branding), Retail, Partnerships and Growth to drive coordinated marketing efforts.
Your Contribution
- Craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns that connect with specific audience segments, aligning seamlessly with our product marketing strategy
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market briefs that provide clear direction to cross-functional teams for product launches and marketing initiatives
- Leverage customer segmentation data to design and deliver highly tailored campaigns that address specific user needs, behaviors, and preferences
- Set ambitious campaign objectives and take full ownership of key performance metrics, including revenue generation and customer acquisition targets
- Lead campaign execution from concept to completion, orchestrating collaboration across teams including Product Marketing, Creative Studio, CRM, and Performance Marketing
- Spearhead the development of innovative campaign tactics and creative assets that maximize customer engagement and conversion rates
- Manage project timelines and milestones with precision, ensuring all stakeholders have sufficient time to iterate and deliver high-quality work
- Leverage exceptional communication skills to facilitate delivery processes and secure approvals according to established RACI frameworks
- Build and maintain relationships with external creative contributors, managing contracts, briefs, and payment processes with strong negotiation skills
- Implement a test-and-learn approach within quarterly focus areas, systematically refining campaign strategies, messaging, and tactics for optimal performance
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, sharing results and insights across the go-to-market team to drive real-time optimizations and continuous improvement
- Drive post-campaign reviews and create detailed campaign reports that document results and provide actionable insights for future initiatives
Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record delivering successful go-to-market campaigns in direct-to-consumer tech marketing, with music technology experience preferred
- Customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of how to deliver customer-centric campaigns that resonate
- Exceptional project management capability, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while coordinating diverse stakeholders to deliver on brief, within budget and on time
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in crafting customer-focused, benefit-driven messaging that resonates
- Creative mindset with demonstrated success implementing innovative marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and translate metrics into strategic decisions
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and adaptability to emerging technologies
- Deep passion for music and music technology and pro audio (mixing, mastering, post production), with a nuanced understanding of consumer behavior in this space
