Overview

Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.

The Role: Are you passionate about people-powered change? Do you believe in the power of movements to challenge injustice and shift power? Oxfam is looking for a Campaigns Movement Building Manager to help lead the charge.

In this exciting role, you’ll develop and deliver bold, inspiring public campaigns that spark action, influence powerholders, and grow a thriving movement for social justice. Through grassroots organising, digital mobilisation, and creative public actions, you’ll build energy and momentum behind Oxfam’s mission.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with communities, networks, and allies—co-creating campaigns that centre lived experiences and champion local leadership. You’ll inspire and support activists, supporters, and community members to take meaningful action—both online and offline.

As a key connector across teams, you’ll collaborate with colleagues in advocacy, media, digital, and policy to develop integrated strategies that drive real-world impact and clear pathways for public engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to turn passion into power—and help shape a more just and equal world.
