Location: 22 Bishopsgate, Liverpool Street, we offer 2 days home office

Your mission

As candidate manager, you will create an exceptional candidate experience within your market, be the face of the company to candidates, build relationships, network, and recruit for exclusive open roles.

You will uphold the company’s values and meet targets in this targeted role.

Recruitment responsibilities

  • Nurture and develop relationships with our talent community
  • Run search campaigns online, on the phone, and via creative sourcing
  • Headhunt and map the market to establish yourself as the go-to talent scout
  • Monitor market movements (M&A, opportunities) and reach out to candidates
  • Manage candidate communications from prescreens to offer negotiation and start date follow-up
  • Provide interview coaching and offer Elemed mentoring solutions
  • Convert target cold candidates to warm candidates
  • Use our CRM to manage candidate records and actions
  • Drive leads into the client-facing team through CV profiling, reference checks, and interviews
  • CV preparation and related administration
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Director

Success – how the role is measured

  • Number of placements
  • Fees generated vs targets
  • CVs to interviews, interviews to placements, etc.
  • Time to fill
  • Candidate NPS feedback
  • Leads generated

  • Honest, upfront, direct communication
  • Background: scientific with industry experience OR sales/customer service
  • Experience covering international/european markets
  • Resilient, creative, curious, process-driven, relationship builder
  • Second language is ideal
  • Motivated to work in a fast-paced sales environment
