Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of platform software projects, managing requirements, priorities and dependencies to create efficient release schedules.
- Develop a deep understanding of project requirements, deliverables and complexities, and communicate clearly and confidently about those projects to stakeholders at different levels.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the global Education business to elicit requirements and prioritise effectively to deliver measurable value to the end user.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects in a technical environment; experience with technical project delivery, or involvement in technical projects, is an advantage. Background in software development or software testing, or in education or publishing with project management experience.
- Ability to lead meetings with globally distributed teams and work with stakeholders at different levels.
- Active Scrum Master role within a team; strong understanding of Agile principles, values and benefits, and ability to coach good Agile/Scrum practice.
- Proven ability to manage complicated technical projects, anticipate issues, manage dependencies, and deliver with a focus on value and clarity of direction.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to negotiate and provide stakeholders with visibility and confidence.
- Flexible problem-solving approach and willingness to adapt processes to improve team performance; collaborative team player with a proactive attitude toward deadlines and ambitious projects.
