Case Management Assistant role at TipTopJob. Location: Hawkhurst / Hybrid Working. Salary: GBP 24,000 per annum. Vacancy type: Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours per week.

Our client is a growing company providing specialist assessment, rehabilitation, and case management services to individuals and families rebuilding their lives after a brain injury. They are seeking a Case Management Assistant (CMA) to join their existing team of CMAs who support case managers, clients, and support workers.

The Role

This is a friendly, hardworking team handling a broad spectrum of tasks. Responsibilities can range from basic admin tasks such as formatting documents, minuting meetings, and answering calls, to sourcing and booking holidays and theatre tickets, organising house refurbishments, and responding to emergency care shift cover requests. Other tasks may include helping to organise in-house company away days and events or producing newsletters and creative items.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with organising in-house away days/events and creating newsletters

Skills and Qualifications

  • Organise and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy office environment
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Confident in telephone communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel)
  • Use/learn other apps such as Canva and in-house database apps

Desirable Attributes

To succeed in this role, you should enjoy being part of a team, be adaptable and flexible, and comfortable with a variety of tasks. An interest in neuropsychology, brain injury, healthcare, or social care is advantageous as the role supports clinical professionals to provide solutions and outcomes for clients with brain injuries.
