Provide legal advice on cash management products and services within the financial services sector. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to Corporate banking matters. Ensure compliance with UK and international regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business and compliance teams. Advise on risk management strategies and help mitigate legal risks. Support the resolution of legal disputes and manage external counsel when required. Monitor legal developments and provide updates to relevant teams. Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives affecting the legal department.
Profile The successful applicant should have:
Qualified solicitor status in England and Wales Experience in financial services, particularly in cash management or banking law. Strong knowledge of relevant UK and international regulations. Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
