Qualifications

  • Solicitor or Legal Executive (1+ PQE to Senior Associate level)
  • Experience in catastrophic injury, serious RTA, or EL/PL (claimant or defendant)
  • Confident managing high-value or complex personal injury claims
  • Strong drafting, analytical and client care skills

Responsibilities

  • Catastrophic injuries: brain, spinal, amputation, fatal
  • RTA and EL/PL claims valued from £500K to £1M+
  • Drafting strategic legal advice and attending JSMs, mediations, and conferences
  • Reviewing detailed medical and legal evidence to drive successful outcomes
  • Collaborating with supportive Partners on high-profile litigation
