DM Compliance Officer

  • Remote: Hybrid – 3-4 days on‑site per week

Role Summary

This role ensures all Facilities Project work and contractor activities are carried out safely and compliantly. You will engage across the Facilities Team and wider business, performing inspections, audits, and reporting while promoting best practice across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct focused Health & Safety inspections and ensure actions are completed
  • Collate data and create reports on findings
  • Problem‑solve and develop practical solutions
  • Influence and guide teams to ensure compliance
  • Carry out investigations and statistical analysis
  • Proactively manage own workload and site visits

Required Qualifications

  • NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate
  • Experience in construction environments
  • Knowledge of auditing processes
  • CSCS Card
