Location: Warwick

Contract: 12 month Fixed-Term Contract

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office)

We are supporting a leading organisation in the Midlands to lead a strategically critical PET-CT transformation programme. This is a highly visible role where you'll be empowered to shape, drive, and deliver change that will directly impact diagnostic imaging capabilities.

The role:

As the Programme Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a complex programme involving operational, technical, and cultural change. You'll engage with internal and external stakeholders, influence at senior levels, and ensure the programme is structured, governed, and delivered to achieve its business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strong, visible leadership and take full ownership of the PET-CT programme from initiation to completion.
  2. Shape and implement the delivery framework, including team structure, governance, resource plans, and approach.
  3. Own the programme plan, including delivery timelines, resource allocation, and change management.
  4. Manage a range of stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
  5. Establish robust governance and reporting mechanisms aligned with standards.
  6. Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies, ensuring they are visible and mitigated appropriately.
  7. Lead and motivate a cross-functional team across business, technical, and clinical domains.
  8. Manage and forecast the programme budget across multiple workstreams and sites.
  9. Represent the programme in senior-level forums and contribute to wider organisational objectives and transformation projects.

About You:

You're a seasoned Programme Manager with a strong background in delivering complex, multi-site change in healthcare or regulated environments. You are confident navigating operational and technology landscapes and bring a hands-on, outcomes-driven leadership style.

You will need to demonstrate:

Background in healthcare/clinical environments is advantageous but not essential. Previous PET-CT or diagnostic imaging programme experience is helpful but not required. Formal qualifications (e.g., MSP, Prince2, Agile) or a relevant degree are preferred.

At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. We are proud to be a confident employer. By applying, you will be registered as a candidate with Gleeson Recruitment Limited.
