The CFO solutions team helps clients overcome significant challenges by working directly with Finance teams to deliver business-critical projects, from year-end accounting to IPOs and M&A. The team sits within Advisory (Deals & Business Consulting) and collaborates with clients across industries. We’re open to flexible working arrangements and aim to balance work and life.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, establish and pursue opportunities, partnerships and client relationships with potential new clients, generating leads and opportunities.
  • Engage prospective clients through effective communication and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in our CFO Solutions offering.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to enhance our market presence.
  • Represent our firm at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to build strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarising business development activities, progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of business development within a B2B environment at C-Suite level with a strong upper midmarket network.
  • Thorough understanding and proven track record of lead generation, sales and identifying targets in a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of finance functions, market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
