Here at Human Appeal UK, we have an exciting opportunity for a Challenges Manager to join our team based in London / Remote in UK. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year term. In return, you will receive a competitive salary.

Human Appeal is a faith-based charity that aims to abolish poverty by providing humanitarian aid, sustainable development programs, and championing advocacy for our beneficiaries worldwide.

As Challenges Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Fundraising (L+S) Manager and the team to develop a strategic vision for the fundraising function at Human Appeal and transform the level of operation to leverage new opportunities, increasing income from community, individual giving, major donors, and corporate partnerships through national and international challenges. The role involves representing the charity externally at a senior level and managing the development and delivery of challenges aligned with strategic objectives to engage the community through various fundraising activities. Collaboration with the Community Fundraising and Communications teams is essential to develop and promote challenges, maximize fundraising income, and build awareness of Human Appeal’s projects and donor relationships, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and growth in line with the national fundraising strategy.
