Change Analyst - 6 Month FTC - Professional Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Analyst to join a globally recognised organisation in London, supporting the Technology & Transformation department on a range of impactful projects. This role offers you the chance to play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering business change initiatives that span multiple regions and function.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to plan and execute robust change management strategies.
  • Ensure that all aspects of business change are considered—from initial impact assessments through to final adoption—by creating clear communication channels and fostering positive relationships throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years’ experience in a dedicated change management role with a proven record of successfully leading complex initiatives within large organisations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of established change management principles and methodologies applied across diverse environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities coupled with excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills suitable for engaging audiences at all levels including senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking combined with problem-solving capabilities necessary for developing and executing sophisticated change management plans.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders throughout different areas of an organisation by demonstrating empathy and collaborative spirit.
  • Experience working both independently and as part of cross-functional teams within fast-moving environments where adaptability is essential.
  • A positive attitude marked by persistence and resilience when navigating challenging situations or overcoming obstacles during periods of transition.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) ideally focused on Business or related discipline; additional qualifications in business change (such as APMG or Prosci) are highly desirable.
