Job Title: Change Lead
Location: Preston or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience and skills
Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain a stakeholder communication network
- Use tools and techniques to support to investigate business situation, evaluate actions and document requirements
- Understand both labour and non labour cost base for the functional area of responsibility
- Analyse the business impact of change requirements from multiple sources; application driven change (releases), business-initiated change, people strategy driven change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Be responsible for ensuring change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team applying appropriate levels of change governance
- Manage the preparation and presentation of change assessments with recommendations to weekly/monthly Change Review Board(s)
- Collect, understand, qualify, and transmit the business requirements for the project to key stakeholders for impact assessment, initiation/statement of work, development and delivery phases
- Work with the appropriate technical leads and 3rd Party organisations to ensure solutions are properly designed, developed, tested and implemented
- Validate the design with stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the business requirements
- Leverage best practice and ensure structured documentation and governance
Your skills and experiences
Essential:
- Business Analysis professional qualification or proven working experience
- Good attention to detail and the ability to plan and control workloads
- Stakeholder management and the ability to foster and build relationships
Desirable:
- Extensive operational experience, ideally in a Shared Service environment
- Understanding and awareness of organisational financial business planning
- Project Management professional qualification or proven working experience
- Knowledge and experience of Business Process Modelling Notation toolsets
- Understanding and awareness of the external HR IT market landscape

The Shared Services team
Based within Employee Business Services and aligned to the Human Resources processes and services and technology, the role of Change Lead reports into the Senior Change Lead and is aligned with the function of Project Management.
